Appointments
Booking & Scheduling
You can book by calling us on (08) 9520 2444 during clinic hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm), or use our online booking form available 24/7. We typically confirm appointments within one business day.
No referral is needed at all. Simply contact us directly and our team will arrange the right appointment for your needs — whether it's a routine check-up, a specific treatment, or an emergency.
We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Saturday appointments are available by arrangement — please call to enquire. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Yes — we reserve urgent appointment slots every day for dental emergencies including severe toothache, broken or knocked-out teeth, lost fillings, and dental trauma. Call us as early as possible on (08) 9520 2444 and we will do our very best to see you the same day.
Please bring your health fund card (if applicable), a list of any current medications, and any relevant previous dental records or X-rays if available. Arriving 5–10 minutes early allows us to complete a short patient form.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, so that we can offer the slot to another patient. Call us on (08) 9520 2444 or email info@warnbrosmile.com.au.
Costs & Health Funds
Pricing & Insurance
Costs depend on what is involved in your appointment. We provide a full fee estimate before any treatment begins — there are no surprise invoices. Most health funds cover a significant portion of a routine check-up and clean. Please call us for a current fee guide.
Yes. We accept all major Australian health funds and process claims on-the-spot via HICAPS, so you only pay the gap on the day. We have preferred provider arrangements with Bupa, Medibank, and HBF.
Yes — Warnbro Smile is a Bupa Members First and Medibank Preferred and HBF Member Plus provider. This means eligible members can receive greater benefits and, in many cases, no-gap preventive treatments.
Yes. We bulk bill eligible children under the Medicare Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS), which provides up to $1,052 in dental services over two consecutive calendar years for children aged 0–17 who receive certain government payments. Ask our team if your child qualifies.
We aim to keep dental care affordable and accessible. Please speak to our reception team about flexible payment arrangements for larger treatments. We will always provide a clear cost breakdown upfront before any work begins.
Absolutely — transparent pricing is a core part of how we work. You'll receive a full written fee estimate including item numbers, expected health fund rebates, and your estimated out-of-pocket cost before any treatment starts. Zero surprises.
Treatments
Dental Procedures
For most adults, we recommend a professional check-up and clean every 6 months. However, patients with gum disease, a history of decay, or other risk factors may benefit from more frequent visits. Your dentist will advise the schedule that's right for you.
Professional teeth whitening performed or supervised by a dentist is safe and effective. In-chair treatments can achieve 6–8 shades brighter in a single session. Results typically last 12–24 months depending on diet, lifestyle, and oral hygiene. Touch-up home kits help maintain results.
Dental implants are a multi-stage process. The implant is surgically placed into the jawbone, then a healing period of 3–6 months allows osseointegration (the implant fusing with the bone). The final crown is then fitted. The total process usually takes 6–9 months from start to finish, though this varies per patient.
Modern root canal treatment is performed under effective local anaesthesia and should not be painful during the procedure. Most patients are surprised by how comfortable it is. You may experience some mild soreness for a day or two afterwards, easily managed with over-the-counter pain relief. Root canal treatment actually relieves the severe pain caused by an infected tooth.
Wisdom teeth need removal when they are impacted (unable to fully erupt), causing pain, infection, crowding of nearby teeth, or damaging adjacent teeth. Not all wisdom teeth need to come out — we assess each case individually with on-site digital OPG X-rays to give you an honest recommendation.
AirFlow® is a revolutionary, evidence-based cleaning technology that uses a fine, pressurised stream of warm water, air, and fine powder to gently and precisely remove plaque, staining, and biofilm — without abrasive scraping. It is faster, gentler, and more comfortable than traditional cleaning and is especially effective around orthodontic brackets and implants.
Yes. We offer both porcelain veneers and composite resin veneers. During your cosmetic consultation, we discuss your smile goals, show you digital previews where possible, and recommend the most appropriate option for your teeth, budget, and lifestyle.
We have on-site digital intraoral X-rays and a full-mouth digital OPG (panoramic) X-ray machine. Digital imaging uses significantly less radiation than traditional film and provides instant, high-resolution images to assist accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Children & Families
Caring for Little Smiles
The Australian Dental Association recommends children visit a dentist by their first birthday or within 6 months of the first tooth appearing. Early visits help identify any problems early and, importantly, get children comfortable with the dental environment while they are young.
Absolutely. Our whole team is experienced with anxious patients of all ages. We use gentle, reassuring communication, take extra time to explain each step, and our ceiling Netflix screens are a real hit with kids! We never rush, and we always go at your child's pace.
Yes — we are a true family dental practice. We treat patients from toddlers to grandparents and are happy to book family block appointments so everyone can be seen on the same day. Just let us know when booking.
Eligible children may receive bulk-billed care under the Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS) — which covers exams, X-rays, cleans, fillings, and extractions up to a cap of ~$1,052 over two years. Contact us to check eligibility or bring your Medicare card to your appointment.
Yes. Fissure sealants are a highly effective preventive treatment that seals the deep grooves of back teeth, greatly reducing the risk of decay in children. They are quick, painless, and can last for several years. We often recommend them when permanent molars have fully erupted.
